Yes, we hold stock of common production sundries
– sacks, labels, pallets, etc.
Can you handle small
quantities?
Our plant is geared to bulk material handling. We
have pilot equipment for trials or exceptionally high value items
down to 1 kg.
What quality
controls do you operate?
We have a full quality system audited
by our principal customers, and are awaiting renewal
of our ISO 9001 accreditation
following recent plant relocation. We carry out regular testing including customer
specific quality control tests.

responsible?
Our site
is COMAH registered.
What is the smallest quantity you
can pack?
250mg powder or 100ml liquids.
Can you manufacture
to order?
Yes, seasonal campaigns and short lead times can be accommodated.
Can you purchase
raw material and packaging as well as manufacture?
Bespoke materials are supplied by the customer, unless we are able
to offer an advantage by purchasing ourselves.
Can you do
batch processing?
All our operations can be run to maintain batch integrity if required.
Do you do pre-production
trials.
Yes, we will carry out pilot runs and suggest formulation adjustments
to optimize processing.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we can organise delivery to you or your
customer.
How do you handle
short lead times?
We have a highly developed materials scheduling and resource
planning system enabling us to minimize lead times.
Can you carry
out Multi-stage Product Processing?
Yes, we regularly deal with products that
require milling and two stage master batching before formulation
mixing and packing.
How much will
my job cost?
Every job is different. The cost depends on complexity and run size.
Do you process
Solvents?
Our liquid plants are mostly aqueous. However,
solvents with a flash point greater than 60ºC can be considered.
Can we make a flying
visit/audit?
We welcome visits by our customers.
However these have to be by arrangement to avoid conflict
of confidentiality.
