Company we apply a high level of quality control through meticulous
procedures to ensure that your products conform to specification.
In-house Lab facilities
Our specialist Teesside plants are
able to provide a full range of modern analytical equipment to provide
a complete range of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Laboratory
equipment includes computer linked HPLC and GC for active identification
and analysis, Karl Fischer and infra-red moisture balance for water
content. A Malvern Micro is available for particle size determination.
The QC Laboratories provide a complete
service to the customer and gives a continuous control over the
production process.
Pre-production pilot plant
Our pilot plant will replicate operations
carried out on production equipment and provides customers with
the facility to carry out development work prior to committing to
full-scale production.

Process Control
Once production is scheduled you can rely
on our production management team to control inventories and source
materials as required.
An extension of your operation
We will aim to operate as an extension
of your own organisation and provide you with the information you
require.
Confidentiality, security,
communication
We will ensure that your work is
carried out to a high level of security and confidentiality. We
will let you know when production is completed and if there are
any unexpected problems or delays.
Warehousing & Distribution
In our Teesside COMAH Registered Warehouse your
materials are uniquely identified, easily located and segregated
if appropriate. We can deliver your products direct to you or
your customers palletised or packed to special instructions. We
are equipped to handle containers, IBC’s and other bulk
packs. We can manage all aspects of transportation
to Europe and the rest of the world. |
