Our granulating/kibbling facility
is for the coarse size reduction of solidified resins, waxes,
plastics, fused and compacted materials.
Bulk handling
We can handle materials in 1,000kg
bulk bags, 200litre drums or kegs as well as smaller pack
sizes.
Fine Grinding
We can fine mill materials to 45 microns and below using high-speed
turbo mills. Our large mill is fitted with explosion suppression
equipment suitable for handling difficult materials.
Our inertable closed loop ACM 40 can handle
hygroscopic, low melt and soft materials and mill to a D50
of 8-10 microns.
