Repacking to and from bulk

We can repack from most types of containers up to 1000 kg. Our flexible repacking stations can pack with accuracy into a range of packs including bulk bags, tote bins, drums or kegs, paper and plastic bags, sachets and plastic containers down to 25g.

Our new facilities include packing lines for the following style and size of container.

• Form, fill and seal sachet filling from 25g to 250g.
• Bag-in-box filling from 0.5Kg to 10Kg.
• Plastic Bottle filling from 0.5Kg to 10Kg.
• Sack filling up to 25Kg.
• Keg or Barrel filling up to 205L.

Screening for safety control

To supplement our repacking operations we can also offer a SCREENING facility to remove nibs and oversize particles or alternatively to remove unwanted fines. In addition we can organise the safe disposal of any hazardous empty packaging resulting from the repacking operation.
